As Valentine’s Day nears, I am reminded that the first issue of THE VIL CLARE 
went online on February 14, 2014. 2 years and 24 issues later, I know in my 
heart that this has been a passionate labor of love. Along the way, I’ve attend-
ed places and events I might not have otherwise,  I’ve enjoyed meeting people 
whose paths I might not have crossed and I’ve had such fun taking “gazillions” 
of photographs. Please check out the covers on page 18.
